- Processing production line: On cold rolling, galvanizing and other production lines, it is used to support steel coil raw materials and ensure a smooth uncoiling process.

- Load-bearing capacity: Select the saddle corresponding to the load based on the weight of the steel coil (such as a single saddle with a load-bearing capacity of 5 tons, 10 tons, etc.).

- Size matching: The radius of the saddle arc surface should be compatible with the diameter of the steel coil (common steel coil diameters are 1-2 meters) to avoid uneven force distribution due to insufficient contact area.

- Environmental adaptability: If used outdoors, UV-resistant rubber should be selected. In scenarios involving oil contamination, oil-resistant rubber should be chosen.

Regularly check whether the rubber layer is cracked or worn. If the damage is severe, it should be replaced in time to avoid direct contact of the metal frame with the steel coil.
